Dóttir 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin provides you with the foundation and certification you need to begin teaching in studios all over the world. Students of all levels are encouraged to join this journey. Fill out our application form!

This is an invitation for the dedicated student who wants to take a journey into the world of Yin Yoga. In this intensive course we will examine the philosophical, anatomical and energetic aspects of Yin Yoga.
Join us for Rocket Yoga LEVEL II Yoga Teacher Training! Keep in mind, you don’t need to have Level I to participate, you just need to have a regular yoga practice for 2 years and an interest in improving your arm balance and inversion practice.
