Our Locations
Our studios are located in both harbours of Copenhagen, Nordhavn and Sydhavn.
We offer a variety of hot yoga classes taught in English throughout the day, seven days a week, as well as delicious fresh pressed juice served after every class. We also have monthly sound baths, workshops and massages.
Our rooms are heated from 32°C to 36.5°C degrees using infrared heaters, the most beneficial heating method for yoga practice. Hot yoga comes with a variety of added health benefits. For example, practicing hot yoga just 2-3 times a week improves skin quality, boosts the immune system, detoxes the body, and increases blood circulation among other benefits.
This, combined with scientifically proven yoga benefits such as stress reduction, anxiety relief, lower back pain decrease and brain function stimulation, will definitely ensure a healthy work environment and improved quality of people’s life.
