Hot Vinyasa
We dynamically link the flowing nature of the breath with mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing.
This heat-building vinyasa flow will increase strength and flexibility, and train the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout the most difficult challenges on and off the mat.
The class is heated using infrared heaters at 35°C degrees. You can look forward for a frozen towel and a juice shot after class.
The class is suited for all levels.

Hot Hatha
Our Hatha class is a great place to not only start your yoga practice, but also deepen the knowledge you already have.
Hatha yoga is a low-impact practice for the body and mind. It combines different Asanas with a deep breathing technique called “Pranayama” to promote flexibility, balance and relaxation.
We hold the Asanas from 5-7 breaths as we learn to keep our focus on our breath, practicing meditation in each pose. This allows us to feel the healing effects of each posture coming together with our breath, observe our reaction to poses, and become an audience to our body.
The class is heated using infrared heaters at 35°C degrees. The class is suited for all levels.

Warm Yin
Yin Yoga is a passive practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based and tend to be held for 3-5 min
This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness.
The class is heated using infrared heaters with temperatures between 30-32°C.
The class is suited for all levels.

Hot Detox Vinyasa

Hot Detox Slow Flow
This is a slow, soft flow class where you will move with the breath into gentle postures. You will work mainly on gaining flexibility and using the heat from the room as it builds in the body and loosens your muscles, allowing you to get an even deeper stretch.
Through a series of gentle and flowing postures, you'll focus on deep breathing and mindful movement to help release toxins and tension. The class incorporates poses that help to stimulate your internal organs, activating the detoxification process. The slow pace allows you deeply connect with your body, promoting a sense of relaxation and inner calm.
The room is heated to 35°C. The class is suited for all levels and beginners are welcomed.

Hot Fit Flow Express
Where strength meets yoga.
Boost your metabolism, increase your mental stamina, and build long, lean muscles as you move to uplifting music in our 45 minute yoga sculpt classes. In this class, you’ll visit traditional asanas found in vinyasa with free weights to help build the burn.
Through smart sequencing, bursts of cardio, and moments of peace, find time for the now as you balance between effort and ease through strength-training moves such as high lunges, boat, chair, and more.
The room is heated at 35 degrees Celsius. The class is suited for all levels and yogis who are up for a challenge.

Hot Yoga for Core
Build a strong and stable core with this core-focused yoga flow class. Expect a blend of vinyasa-style sequencing with dynamic movements for strengthening your entire core and breath work to engage the deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back. The practice will incorporate both static holds and dynamic movements to build endurance and power in your core.
The room is heated to 35°C. You can look forward to a frozen towel over your forehead at the end of the class and a fresh-pressed juice served afterwards.
The class is suited for all levels and yogis who are up for a challenge.

Warm Pilates Matwork
In this class we will follow the Basi block system, created by Rael Isacowitz. The focus is on the deepest core muscles that support the spine, as we also put emphasis on lengthening and strengthening, improving our posture, creating a balance between strength and flexibility, as well as increasing mobility of the joints.
You will feel energised, strong and gain more awareness of your own moving patterns, making your everyday activities lighter. The key is within the quality of the movements, not the quantity.
This class is suited for all levels. The room will be heated between 30-32 degrees. You can look forward to a frozen towel & organic refreshment after the class.

Warm Hatha+Yin & Warm Vinyasa+Yin
In our mixed classes we blend two yoga styles, one dynamic and one static. The first half of the class focuses on either Hatha yoga holding poses for several breaths while incorporating breathwork and alignment, or focuses on Vinyasa yoga where we flow more dynamically following the breath.
The second half of the class transitions into Yin yoga, which involves holding passive stretches for an extended period of time, typically 3-5 minutes. This portion helps to release deep-seated tension in the muscles and connective tissues, promoting relaxation and stress relief. A great combination of fluid movement, and then finding stillness in the body and mind.
The classes are heated at 32-34°C. You can look forward to a frozen towel and an organic refreshment after class.
