Introducing Dóttir 5-Week Prenatal Course

We're delighted to announce our upcoming 5-Week Prenatal Course with the wonderful Mette Mikkelsen. Mette is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin, as well as a graduate of our teacher training at Dóttir Hot Yoga. She discovered the healing benefits of yoga over a decade ago while seeking relief from tinnitus, and now, as she journeys through pregnancy herself, she's passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with other mothers-to-be.

During our 5-week course, you can expect a focus on breathing, relaxation, and nurturing yourself as you transition into this next version of yourself. Not only will there be a meditative and restorative aspect to our course, but we will also build strength in the body and mind to support the changes you're experiencing.
