Looking to deepen your yoga practice or get the skills to start teaching yoga? Take our 200 Hour Yoga Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training certified by Yoga Alliance to learn not only the basics of these three styles and how to guide them, but also to immerse yourself into yogic philosophy, lifestyle, pranayama, mantra, and anatomy.
Our course is taught in English and our schedule caters to those with a busy city life. Learn how to guide sequences, pranayama techniques & meditation. Gain full access to all our classes during the entire 12 week course and be expected to practice 80 hot yoga classes throughout the training.
Our course is for all levels of participants; for those of you who have been practicing yoga for many years and want to begin teaching or for those who are just ready to take your own practice to an even deeper level.

Practice guiding classes and create your own sequences
Charlotte Nielsen is a trained physiotherapist and employed as a clinical teacher in physiotherapy at Frederiksberg Health Center. She is also a trained yoga teacher, teaches yoga for cancer patients and has been teaching anatomy and physiology at various national and international yoga teacher training courses for the past 12 years.
“It will be my most important task to teach anatomy theory that can be translated and used in practice. I want to teach theoretical and functional anatomy, which can be related to yoga’s positions and breathing techniques, and the anatomy lessons will be a combination of teaching and exercises ”
Maiken Toft Christiansen is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, also currently studying her Bachelor degree in Relaxation and Psychomotor Therapy, at University College Hilleroed. She is specialized in Yin Yoga, having studied with the founders Paul and Sussie Grilley in California, as well as yin pioneers Bernie Clark (CAN) and Biff Mithoefer (US). She also teaches Trauma sensitive Yin yoga for people with mental diagnoses; eating disorders, self injury, anxiety, stress and trauma, and has been conducting yoga therapy programs in Denmark as well as Australia and the States.
Victoria Waugh is a trained yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, & Yin, and has also taken a teacher training in Yoga Therapy. She has been teaching yoga since 2017 and has been managing Dóttir HotYoga since its opening. She will be teaching the Vinyasa portion of the course as well as Asana Alignments, Pranayama, Mantras, Meditation, as well as Studio and Class Management.
