Looking to deepen your yoga practice or get the skills to start teaching yoga? Take our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin to learn not only the basics of these three styles and how to guide them, but also to immerse yourself into yogic philosophy, lifestyle, pranayama, mantra, and anatomy.
Our course is taught in English and our schedule caters to those with a busy city life. Learn how to guide sequences, pranayama techniques & meditation. Gain full access to all our classes during the entire 12 week course and be expected to practice 80 hot yoga classes throughout the training.
Our course is for all levels of participants; for those of you who have been practicing yoga for many years and want to begin teaching or for those who are just ready to take your own practice to an even deeper level.
