ReConnect

Our ReConnect class is a great class for both beginners and advanced yogis. It is a Hatha style yoga class meaning it combines both active and passive movements: moving to a posture, then holding this posture for about 5-7 breaths. Using the breath to keep the mind focused, using the breath to stay strong. Because you are holding the poses for so long, you will create heat in the body and build strength: strength in the body, strength in the mind.

This class is a great way to dive into your yoga practice if you are just beginning because you will have the time to learn the alignments of each posture, making sure you are getting the most out of your practice and avoiding injuries. You can then bring this knowledge to our ReCharge classes which are a bit more fast-paced. The class is 65 minutes long and the room is heated to 36.5°C.

Pranayama + ReConnect

Pranayama + ReConnect

Prana = energy // Yama = control –> Pranayama means controlling our energy, our life force, our breath. In this class we will start off by learning about a specific breathing exercise, its benefits, and the technique. Then we will go into a regular Hatha style yoga class, holding poses for about 5-7 breaths, allowing yourself to settle into each posture and to build strength in the body.

This class is a great way to dive into your yoga practice if you are just beginning because you will have the time to learn the alignments of each posture, making sure you are getting the most out of your practice and avoiding injuries. The class is 65 minutes long and the room is heated to 36.5°C. A frozen towel is provided at the end of the class, as well as a light refreshment served afterwards. 

ReCharge

Vinyasa

ReCharge

Our ReCharge class is our most dynamic and fluid class. We will be linking each pose with each breath, creating beautiful sequences and fluid movements with the body. You can imagine it like a moving meditation, keeping the mind focused and present in the room. The class is 65 minutes long so be prepared to work up a sweat in our 36.5°C room, leaving the studio feeling completely recharged and ready to take on the day.

ReCharge Level II

Vinyasa

ReCharge Level II

ReCharge Level II is a more advanced Vinyasa practice. We will build a bit more heat, move into some more challenging postures such as arm balances, binds, and inversions. The class is 65 minutes long so be prepared to work up a sweat in our 36.5°C room, leaving the studio feeling completely recharged and ready to take on the day.

Gentle Flow

Slow Vinyasa

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is a very nice, slow paced Vinyasa class, focusing on deeper stretches at a calm tempo. The class is 65 minutes long and the room is heated to 36.5°C.  It is suitable for all levels and it is a great way to move the body in a relaxed way.

ReStore

Yin

ReStore

ReStore is our most relaxed and restorative class that we offer. In a Yin class, you will be holding poses for between 3-5 minutes and most poses will involve laying on your belly or your back. The goal is to completely relax your muscles, carrying no tension throughout the body so you can use your body weight to go deeper into each pose. By holding poses for so long, you are able to get down into the connective tissues and increase flexibility and overall mobility of the body.

Because you are holding poses for so long, part of the challenge is keeping the mind present, keeping the mind clear. Allowing the mind and body to slow down is a great practice for city life. By coming to this class, you are increasing flexibility so you can go deeper into poses in our ReConnect and ReCharge classes, as well as practicing staying present. This class is 65 minutes and the room is heated to 32.5°C.

Strong Core

Core

Strong Core

Our Strong Core class is a great way to build core strength to carry into our ReConnect and ReCharge classes. Almost every single posture in yoga requires core strength so it is so important to focus on building up this strength in order to improve your practice and avoid injuries.

This class will still have a ‘yoga feel’ to it, but there will be more of a focus on building strength in the core and glutes. The class is 65 minutes long and heated to 36.5°C. 

Yoga Fit

Strength Training

Yoga Fit

Yoga Fit is a great addition to your yoga practice for those wanting to build strength and work up even more of a sweat. We’ve added free weights to the practice, a great opportunity to strengthen all main muscle groups. We work on the arms, legs, and core. It may be a bit more intense, but all levels are welcome, you can just take it at your own pace. The class is heated to 36.5°C and you can look forward to a frozen towel at the end of the class and a light refreshment afterwards.

Movement & Mobility

Cardio & Strength Training

Movement & Mobility

Movement & Mobility is a great way to add some cardio and strength to your practice. It is not a yoga based class but instead it is focused on cardio, strength training, and stretching. Most weeks we will do an outdoor jog, maybe some stairs, and then head in for some strengthening exercises and stretches in the heated room. The class is heated to 36.5°C and you can look forward to a frozen towel at the end of the class and a light refreshment afterwards.

BRING running shoes and outdoor running clothes suitable for the weather! The class is for all levels, you don’t need to be a runner to join, everyone can take it at their own pace.
