Victoria loves teaching strength-based, powerful classes in order to find out what the body and mind are capable of when they truly connect in the present moment. She loves creating challenging flows with a sense of playfulness where you need full awareness to take your practice to the next level. She finds uniting the strength of the breath with the power of the mind to be such a powerful tool, both on and off the mat and hopes to tap into that inner strength in her classes and in every day life. She has 500 hours of yoga teacher training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin as well as Yoga Therapy from both Denmark and India .
Rachel is an energetic, friendly yogi who loves the joy of sharing the many benefits that yoga brings for the body and mind. Whether it’s a sweaty, powerful vinyasa class or a peaceful, meditative yin class, Rachel enjoys creating a comfortable, inclusive environment for every body.
She began her yoga journey nearly 5 years ago, falling in love with the practice instantly after the first challenging class her best friend “dragged” her to. She obtained her RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hr training in Houston, TX and is a Yoga Alliance member.
Rachel is ready to deepen her learning and understanding of the practice through teaching every amazing, unique human who walks into her class!
